PET FRIENDLY

At our boutique pet-friendly hotel in Barcelona, we invite you to travel with your furry (or feathered or scaly) companion, regardless of their size, weight, or breed. No extra charge, just special privileges like pet beds, food bowls, assorted toys, and treats. We have everything you need to pamper your pet. 

Our Kimpton Pets program offers exclusive services and perks to ensure your pet receives VIP treatment and enjoys a stay as wonderful as yours. 

If you need help or pet-related advice, our pet-buddies will be happy to assist you (and will most likely want to pet your furry friend). 

Privileges for Your Pet 

This is how we care for your pet (upon request): 

• Toys for dogs and cats 
• Beds for dogs and cats 
• Food bowls for dogs and cats 
• Treats for dogs and cats (snacks and bites) 
• Cuddly Pals Menu: Special natural and healthy wet food menus so they can join in the fun. Available via Room Service, Terraza de Vivi, and Fauna Restaurant. 

• As a team of animal lovers, we welcome any pet that fits in the elevator. We only make one exception: we cannot accept wild or venomous animals.

• We want to provide a safe haven for both guests and pets alike, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of your little friend’s noise level and ensure they are trained to go "to the bathroom" (and please, clean up after them for everyone’s comfort).

• Social distancing applies to our furry friends, as some pets may intimidate the little paws of others.

• To prevent animals from biting and/or scratching the furniture, please keep an eye on them and be mindful of their actions, as, as a pet owner, you will be responsible for any damage or injury they may cause. (Tip: Consider bringing a scratching post for your cat!)

• Excessive or loud barking can be disruptive, so please soothe your furry friend in stressful situations and keep their noise level as low as possible.

• We love that pets are naturally curious, but please keep them close to you at all times. Have them on a leash, in a stroller, or a pet carrier. Or even better—let them travel in your bag!

• We love being a pet-friendly hotel in Barcelona, but we also understand that animals can have bad days and feel moody or stressed in an unfamiliar environment. We must ensure the safety of our guests and staff, so we apologize in advance if we need to ask you to encourage your pet to behave. Please keep an eye on them and keep them happy at all times.
