What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM..
How much is charged for high-speed Internet/WiFi access?
All guests enjoy complimentary high-speed access throughout their stay.
Is the hotel completely non-smoking?
Yes, the hotel is entirely smoke-free, although smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have a traditional business center, but we do have a shared coworking area and a room for your private meetings.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, at our rooftop Terrace de Vivi, located on the seventh floor.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
We have a wellness room on the first floor with various relaxation and beauty treatments.
Is it necessary to present my ID or passport at check-in?
Yes, ID is required at check-in.
Are rollaway beds, cribs, or playpens allowed in the rooms? Is there an additional charge?
Only some of our rooms allow for an extra bed or crib. The extra bed costs 50€ and cribs are free, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Our standard flexible cancellation policy is until 3pm local time one day prior to arrival. However, please note that the deposit and cancellation policy depend on the rate, so the terms and conditions of each booking should be checked. Our reservations team will be more than happy to help you with any questions if you write to reservations@kimptonvividorahotel.com.
Do you have rooms for people with disabilities?
Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some include bathtubs and others showers, all with adapted facilities.

We have some connecting rooms, subject to availability.

The minimum age to check in is 18.
Up to what age do children stay for free?
Children up to 12 years old stay for free in existing beds, but there is a breakfast charge (50% of the normal rate).

Do you offer free airport transportation?
No, we do not offer free airport pickup service, but we can help you book a private transportation, taxi, or explain in detail how to get there by public transport.
