Under the values of responsibility, innovation, commitment to new trends, fun and transparency, Alta Alella produces natural wines and cavas that reflect the characteristics of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea, made with the minimum of intervention, allowing the palate to enjoy the moment and the landscape.
The winery has always been based on certified organic agriculture, creating an ecosystem in harmony with the local flora and fauna: “We will continue to evolve and deepen organic agriculture to achieve purer grapes and wines”.
The family has recovered vines more than 60 years old and planted traditional varieties such as Pansa Blanca and Mataró. In addition, the Vallcirera plot was recognised in 2017 with the most premium category of the D.O Cava: “Paraje Calificado” and from 2022 the Cava Regulatory Board certifies the differential character of the territory for its exceptional characteristics.
The Pujol-Busquets Guillén family opens its doors to experience wine tourism in a private and exclusive way just a few kilometres from the city.
